  • Maximum bet: Subject to market conditions, event type, and individual account limits

Calculation of Wins and Losses

How Your Data Is Used

  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including AML and KSA requirements
  • To verify user identity and prevent fraud
  • To manage responsible gambling obligations
  • To send legally required communications related to your account
  • To improve platform functionality based on aggregated usage analysis

Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed service providers, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement where required by law.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a user in the Netherlands, you hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data held about you
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations

Security

Protecting user accounts, personal data, and financial transactions is a core operational priority. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to maintain platform integrity and safeguard all users in the Netherlands.

Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and the platform is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. Sensitive data stored on platform servers, including personal and financial information, is protected through industry-standard encryption methods. This applies to all account data, transaction records, and verification documents.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all registered users and is strongly encouraged. When enabled, a secondary verification step is required at login in addition to your password. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access, even if login credentials are compromised.

Continuous Activity Monitoring

Platform activity is monitored on a continuous basis to detect:

  • Unusual login attempts or access from unrecognised devices or locations
  • Attempts to access multiple accounts from the same IP address
  • Patterns consistent with account takeover or credential stuffing
  • Any activity that may indicate fraudulent use of the services

If suspicious activity is detected on your account, you will be notified and access may be temporarily restricted pending verification.

Organisational Security Measures

In addition to technical controls, the following organisational measures are in place:

  • Strict access controls limiting staff access to user data on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular internal security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Staff training on data protection and security protocols
  • Incident response procedures to manage and report data breaches in line with GDPR requirements

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. You should:

  • Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
  • Enable two-factor authentication on your account
  • Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices
  • Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately through the official support channel
